When you use our Platform

When you create a NetSalon account using one of our Platforms, either as a Customer or Partner, we may collect the following data from you:

• phone number(s)
• your photo, if uploaded (optional)

• booking history
• favorites (e.g., your favorite salon)
• account settings
• social media information
• payment information (if you provide it)
• we may also collect information, if you provide it, about your preferences or other user-generated content (e.g., profile picture, notes, etc.)

• enable you as a Customer to make appointments and contact our Partners
• maintain your NetSalon account
• provide customer service
• offer you a personalized experience

Additionally, we want to emphasize that the collection of data is not limited to the information mentioned above; we may also collect other relevant data necessary to provide or improve our services on our Platform.

When you contact us or engage in conversation with us

If you contact us or engage in conversation with us, we collect your contact information and other communication information you provide, including:

NetSalon is not liable for any damage or consequences arising from the unlawful use or disclosure of your information by our Partners.

If you are a Partner

If you register with us as a Partner, we share information with our payment processor Stripe to process payments. This information we share includes, but is not limited to, your name, your email address, and the country where you reside. Stripe handles your data in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable law, which you can find by clicking the following link: https://stripe.com/privacy.

When you register as a Partner with us, certain salon information, such as the salon name, address, and staff names, is made public. This information helps customers find your salon and enables them to book appointments with you.
